The Good Acre is a nonprofit food hub that works with a wide network of emerging and established growers, most of whom farm within an hour of the Twin Cities on ten acres or less. Food hubs are a crucial, but often invisible, part of the local food system. The Good Acre helps small farms by aggregating produce from multiple growers and offering programs and services that help farmers gain access to larger markets so they can focus more on farming and less on marketing, sales, and distribution on their own. By ordering produce from The Good Acre, we are helping to support their mission to connect farmers, food makers, and the community through good food.
