Thanks to Pam Benike and her sons, Isaiah and Jonathan, and her daughter Bethany of Prairie Hollow Farm, the exquisite flavors of southeast Minnesota shine in cheeses, breads, organic vegetables, beef and pork produced naturally on their family farm. Always striving to be good stewards of the land, the family prides themselves on producing good food for their animals, family, and customers while continually enriching and replenishing the farm’s resources.
