We believe a diner’s experience is shaped by the whole team; therefore, in lieu of tipping, Farmers Kitchen & Bar will add an 20% Hospitality Charge to each order to support living wages and benefits for our staff. The service charge model aims to create a sustainable, equitable work environment for the hospitality industry. Just as we believe that all farmers deserve a fair price for their products, we recognize that all staff are equally essential and deserve to be paid fairly for their contributions and commitment. Pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 177.23, subdivision 9, this charge is not a gratuity for employee service.
