At Eichten’s Hidden Acres, Ed Eichten and sister Eileen Eichten raise American Plains bison that graze contentedly on native grasses on their farm in Center City. Ed and Eileen are proud to provide meat and cheese that’s free of growth hormones, antibiotics, and medications. Ed says, “The meat sells itself both for the taste and health benefits.”
