Frisk Fra Boksen grows a variety of lettuces and herbs through an advanced hydroponic system housed inside a shipping container. Owners Chris and Barb Glasoe’s “Freight Farm” in Shoreview can produce an enormous amount of lettuce and other fresh greens every day year round, even in the dead of winter when outside temperatures drop below zero and fresh produce is scarce in MN.
