Doubting Thomas Farms is a twelve hundred acre certified organic farm in Moorhead producing grains and vegetables. Doubting Thomas Farms is on a mission to produce local, wholesome, minimally processed, and fresh-picked food for restaurants and families. Noreen and Lee Thomas, along with daughter-in-law Melany, work and farm from the belief that knowledge shared with others can collectively aid in resolving our world’s hunger problems.
